Once the proper location is identified the Leasing Manager assigned to your team will negotiate the lease agreement to obtain the lowest rental rate, free rent period, tenant improvement allowances, and other concessions. As our Leasing Managers are specifically experienced in negotiating store leases, they are able to identify and avoid many pitfalls in the lease. They will work diligently to gain every lease advantage and protection for our storeowners. If our client agrees with the terms and conditions of the negotiation, the lease is drafted and reviewed. Only after all questions have been satisfactorily answered does the client sign the lease.
